Happy Dreamland Trick Art Museum and Bird Sanctuary

When you go to Boracay the last thing you will be expecting will be going to a Trick Art Museum. And although not very popular to the many tourists visiting the island, there is a Trick Art Museum in Boracay which you can visit if it piques your interests.

Happy Dreamland offers a tour to its Trick Art Museum and bird sanctuary for only P100.  With a P120 tricycle fare, you can get to the theme park and spend some of your free time. However, you cannot expect too much from the place. The two-story Trick Art Museum is obviously poorly maintained but some of the arts are quite interesting. Similarly, the bird sanctuary is not so much.

The place primarily offers ATV rides for 800 pesos per head and throws the Trick Art Museum and bird sanctuary tour as fixins. They have very polite staffs; so if you have different plans, you can politely decline their offers.

Boracay Mt. Luho View Deck

If you want to have a different perspective of seeing the whole island of Boracay, you can take advantage of the expensive 10-minute helicopter ride or you can try the cheaper alternative of going to Mt. Luho View Deck. A 120-peso tricycle fare from Station 3, White Beach and 100-peso entrance fee (typically P120) to the view deck will give you the 360-degree view of the island. Although not very close to what you can see from the helicopter, it is worth settling over.

They set up a heart-shaped photo booth overlooking the Bolabog Beach (I think) and they also have love locks on the railings (ugh). If you happen to be a bitter single, maybe, you would want to know that some of the love locks have corroded.

If you also like, you can rent tribal costumes and complete your experience with the place.

And if you also happen to like long walks, you can walk down the Mt. Luho View Deck towards Bolabog Beach. Or maybe for some who did not see it coming, you can start walking down while waiting for the tricycle ride because there is a possibility that no tricycle ride will come. You can hitch to the multi-cab passing by; or you can just walk and walk until voila – Bolabog Beach. Wink! Wink!
